Meet Our Legal Team
Dr. Chandler B. Sharma, Esq., is an accomplished Attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified to practice in both Georgia and Pennsylvania. He is a certified member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association, bringing over 30 years of expertise to his practice. As a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) for more than 40 years, Dr. Sharma specializes in immigration law, domestic relations, business transactions, and corporate law.
He has handled over 70,000 Immigration cases that include H1-B, Green cards, and Citizenship. He has handled over 150 EB5 projects. His law practice is headquartered in Atlanta with Offices in NJ, NY, and India. Licensed in Georgia, he has been admitted to practice before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court.
Dr. Chandler Sharma started his immigration practice in 1978 with Mr. William Foley, the former District Director of Atlanta’s U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. He holds a J.D. from Woodrow Wilson College of Law (1974), LLM in Taxation from Emory University, MBA from the University of Minnesota (1967), and Doctorate of Business Administration from Argosy University.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Dr. Sharma practiced for many years as a CPA. He is licensed to practice as a CPA by New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia
Dr. Paddy Sharma, a well-known entrepreneur and education advocate, holds a Doctorate in Psychology and Education from Vanderbilt University, TN. She serves as a Trustee for the Clayton State University Foundation, Chairman for the Psychology Department at Tennessee Temple University, Chairman of the Board of Directors for IACA, and Trustee of Sanatan Mandir. As an active Rotarian, Dr. Sharma is the Assistant Governor of District 6900, Past President of the Rotary Club of Lake Spivey, Clayton County, and Founder President of the Emory Druid Hills Club.
Guided by the principle of “Service above Self,” Dr. Sharma has organized medical and relief camps in India and Nepal. Her recent charitable efforts include providing clean water for villages, promoting the construction of restrooms in schools to prevent students from dropping out due to a lack of facilities, and providing transportation vans to hospitals to carry the deceased.
Dr. Paddy Sharma’s philanthropic and welfare activities, as a member of numerous non-profit organizations, have touched lives worldwide. She is passionate about helping the community and inspiring others to make positive changes in the lives of those around them.
